BidGig Ltd. is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website and mobile applications.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review and update our platform to identify and resolve barriers to access, and we welcome feedback from our users to help us improve.

2. Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following features to support accessibility:

  • Keyboard navigation: All core platform functions can be accessed using a keyboard without requiring a mouse.
  • Screen reader support: We use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and descriptive alt text to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements are designed to meet minimum contrast ratios to support users with low vision or colour blindness.
  • Dark mode: A dark colour scheme is available across the platform for users who prefer reduced brightness or have light sensitivity.
  • Scalable text: Our interface is designed to remain functional when browser text size is increased.
  • Focus indicators: Visible focus outlines are provided for keyboard users navigating interactive elements.

3. Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure accessibility across all areas of BidGig, some portions of our platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to address these areas, including:
